Rumour: 'Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle' Launches Aug/Sept 2017, Powered By The Snowdrop Engine And More May 2nd 2017, 19:53, by NintenMau5 It would seem that we will indeed be seeing a Mario / Rabbids crossover RPG game on Nintendo Switch soon; if their reliable source of information is correct. Apparently ‘Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle’ will launch this year; in August or September to be exact. The insider also claims that the game will be of an RPG nature with its unique selling points being a) turn-based combat, b) two-player local co-op, and c) a goofy sense of humour. The quirky crossover title will also make use of the Snowdrop Engine which is owned by the publisher of the unnanounced title, Ubisoft. The game will apparently have eight playable characters: Mario, Luigi, Yoshi, Peach, and, bizarrely, four Rabbids dressed up as Mario, Luigi, Yoshi, and Peach.
