Notice Of Allowance Given To Nintendo For 'Eternal Darkness' Trademark May 11th 2017, 20:39, by NintenMau5 It would seem that Nintendo are still interested in bringing Eternal Darkness back in some form or another. Although we know that Nintendo have successfully registered the Trademark and it’s a normal part of the Trademark process (I reported on this a while back), it’s worth noting a Notice of Allowance for Eternal Darkness was issued on May 9, 2017. Nintendo of America can now begin to submit a Statement of Use (SOU) or a Request for Extension of Time to file a Statement of Use (Extension Request) every six months. Extension Requests can be processed for a maximum of five times. It’ll be interesting to see if  this years E3 holds any answers. Would you like to see another Eternal Darkness see the light of day?
